Hi - I'm the Katie of Kathleen Rose Photography and I want you to LOVE your photos! My goal as your photographer is to design a Senior Session that is all about YOU! Your photos should reflect your hobbies, sports and interests or just be the most beautiful images of yourself that you will treasure for a lifetime!
I started studying film photography as a Senior in High School. I have been a professional portrait photographer since 2005 after I graduated CU Denver with a BFA in Photography. I love living in Parker, CO with my husband and two amazing kids.

Step 1: Consultation

Let's get to know each other!
We start with a parent phone call to see if we are a good fit. Then I will meet with you and your parent(s) typically at your home. We will discuss your hopes and ideas for your Senior Session. We then decide on the length of your session, pick a date, location and discuss wardrobe ideas - the good stuff. Your session fee and a signed contract are due at the
consultation to reserve your date.
Sessions begin at $199, digital files and prints are purchased separately. Clients typically spend $900 - $2500 on their order.

Step 2: YOUR SESSION

This is the fun part!
Bring a helper - usually a parent and/or a friend to keep track of your outfits and help keep you relaxed and smiling! I have a
pop-up changing tent for outfit changes on location.
We will explore your location(s), take a ton of fun photos and use any props that we decided on. Props can be pets, cars, instruments, sports gear etc...
We will work together to create photos that reflect YOU!

Step 3: ORDERING APPOINTMENT

Your edited photos will be ready for viewing about 2 weeks after your session.
At your in-home ordering appointment you will see your Senior Story Video and your amazing images for the first time. This appointment is when you will choose your yearbook image and make your final order choices.
Most families order a combination of a Custom Album and Wall Art pieces. Each print item comes with the corresponding digital file.
Orders are delivered to you in 4-5 weeks.

Planning your senior session should be easy.
I'm here to answer any questions you might have!
The earlier the better! Most yearbook deadlines are October or November of your senior year so it is best to plan your session for the Spring or Summer before your Senior Year. Fall dates fill up very quickly so be sure to plan ahead!
Each Senior Session is a very personalized experience and because of that - I highly recommend that we meet in person prior to your session. This helps us get to know each other a bit and to help you feel comfortable with me. We will discuss session details, clothing, locations and give you and your family time to have any questions answered. Plus you will see samples of the gorgeous artwork available to order with your images.
I offer three different session types - they vary based on the amount of time you want. In addition to the session fee (which does not include digital files), you will be able to purchase prints, products or digital images from your session. All pricing, collections and a la carte, will be given to those that inquire about a session with KRP Senior Portraits. Most families spend from $900-$2500 on their order.
Don't worry! I am here to help. I give every client a What to Wear Guide and access to an online styling website that can be very helpful for putting looks together. I recommend wearing outfits that are classic and that make you feel confident. Also wearing a sports uniform or letter jacket can be a good addition to your session.
You are not just a number to me!
I create a relationship with every person who chooses to work with me. What's important to you? I want to know! I also specialize in creating a finished product - something you are proud to show off to your friends and family. Items that are made to last a lifetime.
We can reschedule your Senior Session if the weather is not cooperating or if you catch a cold. This is one of the reasons to select your photographer and date early so we have time for any reschedules.
We can all be self-conscious sometimes. I do my best to make every person I meet feel comfortable and relaxed. I use a combination of my sometimes goofy personality, a few jokes, and my years of experience with posing and photographing teens like you.
I want you to feel comfortable knowing you are in good hands!
Your images will be available for viewing within two-three weeks of your session.
You will see them for the first time at your ordering appointment.
Once you place your order, I will deliver everything to you within 4-5 weeks!
